Attorney fees

It is finally time for my fight for justice. It’s been a hard and long time coming, but I made it! Once my criminal charges are resolved, probably within a few short weeks, I will be ready to move forward with the lawsuits against everyone involved in creating such devastation to my and my entire family’s life. It’s been almost three years since I was falsely accused of crimes that have left me unable to work, to support my children, to live any type of normal life. What a great day that will be when my name is cleared, I can move forward, AND I get to hand over all the money unnecessarily spent by my incredible parents. I am so excited!

I recently sat down with an excellent attorney in Birmingham who has agreed to take on my case. Unfortunately he can’t do it solely on a contingency basis, he does require a retainer fee up front. With him being on board, and a very strong case that I’ve been preparing for the last three years, the lawsuits will be very successful.

I did not want to, once again, burden my parents with this last expense, so I’d like for all of our friends and family to consider contributing to this fund to retain the attorney. If nobody does, they certainly will figure out a way like they always do. They’re the best!
