ATTORNEY ABOVE THE LAW

My community project is targeted toward disbarring one particular attorney that is constantly violating the Texas Laws Ruling the Discipline of the lawyers. It is called Rule 11. The highest sanction is 'DISBARRING' any attorney that habitually, egrogiusly continues to violate those Rules. His name is Anthony P. Griffin' that I call 'above the law'! My Cause started in 2013 after Mr. Anthony P. Griffin was hired and he required $10,000.00 dollars retainer's fee. Mr. Griffin kept my $10,000.00 for three (3) years and did not worked on what he was hired for. Attorney Griffin has been sanctioned repeately and was placed on probation from Aug. 30, 2013 ending on Aug. 29, 2013. The santion order him not to work as an attorney. The sanction and probation did not last very long since he is already back in the Galveston County District Court working as a Trial Attorney. It is sad to be able to say that "not even the attorneys that I have contacted wants to get involved."  I ASK EVERYONE "IF YOU OR I DO NOT GET INVOLVED" HOW MANY MORE CITIZENS ARE GOING TO LOSE THEIR MONEY AND THEIR TURN IN COURT."  WE ALL NEED TO GET INVOLVED. SO PLEASE HELP ME.  A TRUST FUND IS ESTABLISHED SO THERE WILL TRANSPARENCY WITH THE MONEY RAISED.
