Help us fix our attic!!!

My family and I are planning to move from Sofia to a wonderful small village in the north of Bulgaria (a village called Aglen). The house we have bought, even though it is the dream house, has a problem - the roof needs to be changed and the attic has no electricity, nor isolation. My family consists of my grandmother, my boyfriend and I and our four children. I am a literature teacher and my boyfriend is a carpenter. The change of living from the big city to the little village doesn't allow us to support ourselves with the previous style of work. Therefore, we have decided to kindly ask you to help us build a proper attic where my students could come and sleep for educational camps.
