Attend Seminar in Bangkok, Thailand

Dear brothers and sisters in Christ,

I, EUNICE JANE L. SALUBO, together with my colleague, PRINCESS MHAY V. HERNANDEZ, have been nominated as delegates to attend the International Leaders Model United Nations organized by YOUTH CENTER TO ACT FOR NATIONS and Asia World Model United Nations this January 30- February 2, 2019. We were selected because of our excellent academic record and sincere interest in sociocultural empowerment and sustainability. However, the cost of the program is more than our parents and we can contribute. With this in mind, we would like to humbly appeal to your sense of generosity and ask you to be one with us in this activity by sponsoring us with a financial contribution.

The International Leaders Model United Nations and Asia World Model United Nations are once in a lifetime opportunity. The program will be held in Bangkok, Thailand. As National Youth Delegates, we will be recognized as one of the most promising young leaders in diplomatic skill and critical thinking and will join top students from across the country to share in this unique experience. We will take part in educational seminars, meet and interact with other Model United Nations delegates and be challenged to work with our peers through simulations and group discussions. In addition to this amazing experience, this will not only improve our personal leadership skills, but also it will give us an opportunity to gain into the surrounding issues concerning sociocultural empowerment and so as to create possible solutions to promote sustainability.

Our participation in this program depends on whether we can raise 80,000 pesos ($600 each) in sponsorship, inclusive of travel and accommodation fees. It must be paid no later than November 23rd 2018.
