£2,810.00raised of £45,000.00 goal goal
We are four ordinary chaps, all in our fifties, who are relishing the physical and mental challenge of rowing 3,000 miles across the Atlantic in December 2019. Choosing to take part in the world’s toughest row is only half the battle, as we will need to raise about £85,000 in order to get to the start line. The Atlantic Mavericks have pledged to self-fund the training and entry fees, which is about £40,000, but are looking for sponsorship and support to fund the boat and the essential equipment for the row. We would like to invite companies and corporations to become Partners for the Challenge, either through a Sponsor's Package or by assisting us to purchase specific items of equipment. If you would like more information please contact [email protected]
If you would like to donate to support the Atlantic Mavericks and our charities, you can do so through PayPal on our website www.atlanticmavericks.com or contact us and we can forward details to donate directly.A donation of £250 enables you to be part of adventure by sponsoring a day, support the Challenge and support our charities, as well as getting you name on the boat. We expect to take between 45 and 55 days to complete the challenge and on your chosen day our website and social media will feature the 250 Club member.

What a cracking story, an epic tale, a superhuman feat. I’m so full of admiration for you all and feel privileged to have known you from your Army days, Roy. I also have distant link to another lunatic of your ilk; Chay Blyth was a previous occupant of my first married quarter in Aldershot. Congratulations and Best wishes to you The Atlantic Mavericks.
