I'm trying to rise money to buy the former Golden Nugget Aka Atlantic Club Property in Atlantic City NJ. Mr. Wynn built the property 1980's. Mr. Wynn sold the Golden Nugget and left Atlantic City NJ. Since he sold the property it has been bought and sold to different owners. The last owners just couldn't keep it open any longer. It now sits closed and empty. The former Atlantic Club has a deed restriction where it can not be a casino. Atlantic City has enough casinos as it stands right now. North Jersey wants to build 2 Casinos there.
I would like to raise money to buy the property. I would like redo it inside and out. I would like to turn it into a family resort. Since it can no longer be a casino. I would love to add food trucks area, new pool with water slides and lazy rivers, restaurants, bars, night clubs, merry go round, Concert venue, improve the rooms so family's can stay in.
More importantly this will create jobs. Bring this property back to life.
Property has so much potential. I'm hoping you kind of see my vision in the property and can help. But I need funding. I'm hoping this gets some kind of news coverage and passed on, and I get a lot responses. Also here is a website
