Assisting Disabled People Regain their Dignity

Hello , and thank you for your time , reading my Campaign.

4 years ago i became unemployed . So off I went Job hunting , only to be told , "Looking for a younger person , Age issue ", "Over qualified for position. " and so it went on month after month. I had to come up with a plan to sustain an income.

One day , while visiting a friend , we came up with a plan.The 3 of us would start a small business to help sustain our income and have some dignity . So Chemworld Chemicals was born.. We decided to manufacture house hold cleaning products , of a high quality and retail at affordable prices. None of the "Cheap" products. We wanted our customers to be happy and satisfied with our service and products.

Let me introduce the team:

Liza , she is a double amputee , wheel chair bound . She co ordinates the sales , assists with invoicing and admin work.

Antionette : She has a Bi-Polar Disorder and Diabetic . She does the admin , assists with packing. Age also counts against her for employment,

Troy . He lost his employment last year , due to businesses closing down due to the Covid 19 virius . Troy assists with the manufacturing and packaging of the Products , and assists with deliverers . He is a father of 3 children , which his oldest son suffers from cerebral palsy.

Douglas : My disabilities are " To over qualified for the position ", "Need a younger person for Position". I am responsible for the manufacturing of the products , getting the "Raw Materials" to manufacture products and all logistics duties.

The business has been operational for the last 3 and a half years. Customer base and sales are increasing . The issues we are facing now is :

Cash Flow : We purchase all our materials/stock cash , have no accounts with suppliers . We have some big companies , who have a 30 day accounts . As a business , we need some big customers for the business to survive . With the growth of sales , we have to re-invest the profits from the sales to purchase more materials to make products , thus the second issue,

Stock: Currently we can not stock our shelves as the demand for our products is increasing , so as they are manufactured , orders are packed and delivered . Thus more pressure on the team.

We have tried to get a business loan , but due to not having investments or assets , we had no luck with the banks. We are looking for assistance for working capital . I have all Doctors confirmation Documents that i can forward to any persons request.

I appreciate any funding or assistance that i can get.
