Assistance in self-actualization abroad

Hello. My name is Arthur, I'm from Russia.

I ask for help in raising funds for studying abroad, since in my country with education there are now big problems.

The education system itself is very outdated and is swamped with corruption. Plus, in our colleges can exclude anyone who does not share the politicking of the authorities and refuses to support it.

I really want to get a decent education, but unfortunately in my country now it is impossible. Therefore I appeal to all not indifferent.
