My mother, Isabelita Mendoza, has a difficulty in breathing for several days, and then last Sunday (November 07), she was rushed into the hospital and the doctor diagnosed heart attack and water in the lungs (tubig sa baga), she was placed at the ER because there is no available ICU. . . . .
