Assistance for a better life

I live in Peru and need better medical care than I am able to get here in Peru. My back is constantly in pain and I have to travel to Ecuador to get medication. I was living, working and studying in Ecuador and had a serious car accident. I was studying at the time and had to quit to move back to Peru. I had huge plans for my life which the accident shattered! Riding the bus to Ecuador to get medication is too painful for me to do often. I rarely have enough food so I often do not eat. I want a new life elsewhere where I can thrive again I am very willing to work again but I need better treatment for my back pain! Please help me with funds so I can travel and escape my current situation!
