Assist 38 Starshine Ridge to become a permanent home for our not-for-profit church, Full Moon Sanctuary
The Story:
38 Starshine Ridge in Whittier, NC in the heart of the Smoky Mountains, located in the Isis Cove Community, has been the home of Anyaa McAndrew, her 4 rescue animals and the base for the not-for-profit church Full Moon Sanctuary (of Venus Rising).
This round house is a simple but beautiful 2-story Deltec sitting on an acre of land, surrounded by gardens, a patio and bird feeders. It has been hosting Shamanic Priestess circles, men’s circles, classes, groups, personal and couples’ intensives, non-stop visitors and transitional folks for the past 9 years, since it was built and finished in 2009. A large 500 sq. ft. room, called Half Moon Temple was designed into half of the upper floor so that these kinds of events could take place. This house loves people! Everyone who comes notices the spirit of safety and at-home-ness that Full Moon Sanctuary emanates.
Anyaa McAndrew knew that sooner or later, her former husband, Gary Stamper, who creatively designed and took on the role of General Contractor to build this home in 2008-9, would want to have his investment out of the home. Gary has been out of the home for 2 years now, and that time is now. She has applied to refinance 38 Starshine Ridge in order to give Gary his portion of equity. To make this happen, she must pay a total of $9,902 in state and federal taxes. Anyaa can stretch to make the new mortgage payment on the buy-out, but $10K in taxes is too much of a stretch, even if she finances it with the IRS over years with interest and penalties.
Any contribution gathered over the needed $9,902 plus GoGetFunding and PayPal fees for this campaign, will be used for closing fees on the refinance, homeowners insurance, property taxes, to pay down the home equity loan, and to supplement the ability to borrow less funds for the refinance.

Hi I am Arshad Ali From Bangladesh : Date of Birth:06/07/1994:I am living village I need your help please. there someone can help me and i have been trying since long time. but i cant do the real trading because my family is very poor . i cant get any help from my family this for i would like to any help from you i am a very poor man i want to start some work myself.But i cant do this because i do not have so much money for the start trading work ,i always practice i am talking about instaforex .i cant do start real trading problem for money.
