How are you good samaritans?
For the past 2 years I have been suffering from fits & chest pains. I have tried all sorts of meds but nothing seems to help. At times its difficult to sleep & breath. I have come across a herbalists who is able to help me. I have managed to pay the herbal meds. Am appealing to good samaritans to help me with any form of cash for the courier service.
