Asking for Help if Possible

I am just hoping for some sort of assistance. This is difficult for me since I always try my best to do everything on my own but I've been stuck and haven't been able to progress.

I've always had an entrepreneurial spirit I am just so use to doing my own and making it work! I've lived here in the states now for about 5 years and I've done about everything to become successful I've done taxi, real estate, uber, pc repair, home inspections, notary public, house cleaning, resale stand at the flea market, flyer distribution - I could go on.

Right now I currently working and have a second job and on the weekends fix computers or distribute flyers for local businesses.

I'll be honest I am losing my entrepreneurial spirit and I am starting to feel empty and kind of like a loser since nothing has worked for me.

I am just hoping for some assistance in order to pay down personal and medical bills I have and that way have more flexibility and be able to invest in my ideas and pursue my dreams and goals.

Anything would help and allow me to push forward.
