Ask for your help

My father is currently in the medical intensive care unit at the medical center. As his blood pressure dropped to 70/50(normal range is 120/80) but his heart rate jumped to 200 beats per minute (normal range is 60-80 at rest), he was transferred there from a government hospital. His working diagnosis at the first hospital was tachycardia, given ACS(acute coronary syndrome), however, at his current facility, the initial diagnosis was atrial fibrillation RVR(atrial fibrillation with rapid ventricular response). The cost of treatment is very high, so I hope you can help us!
