ASIA YOUTH INTERNATIONAL MODEL UNITED NATION PHILIPPINE REPRESENTATIVE

Hello Everyone,

I am Edcel John Endrina, currently enrolled at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines under the program of Bachelor of Arts in International Studies. Out of thousands of applicants, I am lucky to have been selected to join the Asia Youth International Model United Nations (AYIMUN) with a theme of “Pursuing Global Peace through Diplomacy” organized by the International Global Network. With this rare opportunity, I will be given the chance to represent our own country as well as our beloved city of Marikina.

However, joining the AYIMUN entails expenses to be shouldered by us, representatives. It includes a registration fee of 400 USD (around Php 20,000) for a full accommodation in Thailand and a roundtrip airfare, which costs around Php 10,000. Unfortunately, my father is financially incapable since he is only a pedicab driver and his profit is good only for our family’s basic needs.

I am humbly knocking on your generous heart to support my financial need for the AYIMUN. It will happen on November 9-12, 2018 in Bangkok, Thailand with the registration deadline on August 31, 2018. I know that this opportunity will be a great stepping stone towards my dream of becoming a peace ambassador.
