Ashley & Rich’s Animal Rescue Project

Hello guys,Rich and I will be visiting Costa Rica at the end of September 2015 for two weeks, to volunteer at a wildlife rescue sanctuary.  We have booked the Animal Rescue Project with Frontier and will be working primarily with sloths, turtles and spider monkeys.  The majority of these animals have been rescued, either from illegal captivity, injuries or poaching.  It will be our duty to oversee medical procedures, clean out their enclosures, help with feeding and breeding and wherever possible, try to re-introduce them back into the wild.We hope this will be a fantastic experience and look forward to contributing to the care and rehabilitation of Costa Rican wildlife.Many thanks,Ashley and Rich
