Campaign Story
So in the coming months I'm going to become a fully qualified nurse! Exciting times Right!? But before I put on that blue uniform and commit my life to 12 & a half hour days, I'd like to see what it's like to nurse in another part of the world. So I'm going to the Philippines for 4 weeks as part of my uni course but to get there I need your help! I'll be doing this with a company called work the world if you'd like to check them out.
I will be doing a sponsored skate down the entire Uxbridge Road in West London along with my friend Shaquille who is raising money for meningitis UK. If you have any other suggestions of ways I can keep fundraising I'm quite open to suggestions!
It's going to be such a valuable experience for me and will enable me to see not only the difference in culture and health issues in another part of the world but also differences in the structure of their health services.
