Artist needs computer

Hello, I would like to ask for help, I draw traditionally on paper, but i need to switch to digital art to be able to make it, and have money to sustain life.

I want to pursue drawing cartoons. So i bought a drawing tablet. Unfortunately, my laptop broke down, I tried to have it repaired, but it broke down again. So now I'm planning to buy a new desktop computer to be able to do digital art.

In exchange, I can make simple graphic design, drawings, or lay-outs for signage or business cards in Photoshop or PDF format.
