Art scholarships for talanted bulgarian children – Foundation “THE FIRE OF ORPHEUS”

Bulgaria is a country that boasts a rich palette of music, dance, art, theater, and poetry. It has many talented children that keep these cultural & artistic traditions alive. But as we all know, talent alone is never enough. Before becoming a professional artist, a child needs proper education and years of practice. Art education is costly though and not all families can afford the cost of classes and professional training.

"The Fire of Orpheus" foundation supports these talented children through classes, art academies, workshops, master classes, etc. We are a team of creative people who took the responsibility to develop the potential of young gifted people and create opportunities for them. We work with young people and help them grow as artists through sounds, colors, movements, and words. Our alumni come from different countries, backgrounds, religions, social status but united by the creative fire in their hearts.

The goal of this campaign is to provide scholarships for 12 talented children for our summer art academy “The Fire or Orpheus” taking place every year in August in beautiful Razlog, Bulgaria. The academy offers intense master classes in a unique atmosphere of creativity and friendship. Classes are led by artists and educators actively involved in the cultural life of Bulgaria and Europe.
