My name is Adam, me and my girlfriend Jessyca have a little girl born
october 2014 named Nayla.
I enrolled in the military in september 2008. I had dreamed of enrolling
since I was a child, following in my father's footstep. From 2010 to 2011 I was on tour in Afghanistan, after my mission I started suffering from PTSD ( Post Traumatic Stress Disorder ) and I started noticing I couldn't walk for long distance and running would give me excruciating pain .
After multiple medical exams the military finally discovered the issue was in my legs and that I was in need of surgery.
Sadly the surgery was not a success, my legs are worse and thus I am no longer fit for service and facing a medical discharge .
My PTSD and extra stress from my medical condition and my pending
release have caused me to lose the love of my life, Jessyca, who was also the only mental support I had. And on top of all this with the
release comes the inevitable pay cut.
Now I can barely feed myself, I'm scared that if things continue like
this I will lose my little girl.
I've been through every option I could find but nothing seems to work
out.
The money raised here would help me clear the loans and credit cards
I've used during my very bad PTSD periods.
To give me a chance to start off on the right foot in my new civilian
life, but most importantly to ensure a good life for my little girl
Nayla, a good home, food on the table and a stable life.
I cannot think of the words to describe how thankful I am to everyone for any and all
support I get.

> From the bottom of my heart, Thank you.
Adam
