Aquaponics: food sustainability for communities in southeastern Mexico

Aquaponics represents the return to prehipanic roots for obtaining food through plants and fish, just as the ancient inhabitants of Mexico did in Chinampas.Currently, this system represents an opportunity for the poorest communities in southeastern Mexico, this campaign is aimed at creating a production model, which, while providing food to residents, also allows them to have income from the sale of surplus production.
