Aquaponic farm to help feed the nations veterans year round

I want to build an aquaponic farm to help feed veterans in my local area to start and as the business grows i want to expand and grow in each state. Veterans need to eat year round not just during the holidays. Aquaponic food is a high grade food that will nourish veterans and give them the energy to be able to pick up the pieces and get their life back on track. It will give them hope of a good future.
