NNF, also known as Nurture Nature for the Future, is spearheaded by students from Asian Institute of Management, a known business school in the Philippines. It aims to provide sustainable and inclusive living for people with disability in “Ang Arko ng Pilipinas” (L’arche Community, Philippines), a non-government organization located in Rizal. The NNF Project hopes to accomplish these by providing livelihood to which would make the community have access to food and income for other basic needs. In addition, it would be a tool for inclusivity by engaging the members of the community in making everything possible.
- Provide a starter kit of the Aquaponics System to the community.
- Train the community regarding the technical skills needed to maintain the system.
- Expand the scale of the project by building an Aquaponics System for commercial scale
- Establish a distribution channel for the crops harvested in the Aquaponics System.
Purpose for Funds to be Raised:
The funds collected from various sources will be used for the “Stage 3: Expand the scale of the project by building an Aquaponics System for commercial scale” of the project. Any excess from amount collected will go directly to the community.
