Campaign Story
Hello! I am Appi, currently pursuing an MBA in one of the top post-graduate school in the Philippines.
I am a regular employee of a multinational company who has been very supportive of my schooling. I have always been passionate about education. I came from a place where only a few are given the chance to study in prestigious schools. This is a place I love so much that I cannot bear seeing the youth losing self-esteem, losing the hope to continue studying, and neglecting school to go to work and feed their family. I was one of the lucky few. A relative was kind enough to help fund my college education. I went to Manila to study.
Studying MBA in the Philippines, especially in a prestigious school is very expensive. My current company is very generous helping me pay part of my tuition fee but there are still more costs that I need to cover. Given my responsibilities back home, my needs while living here in Manila, my current income stream is not sufficient to allow me to continue schooling. It has always been my dream to get an MBA and eventually become a teacher. I want to touch someone else’s life through teaching.
I do hope that you help me realize that dream by helping me continue my education. Every peso you donate through this campaign will help me go a long way. In exchange, I offer you any service that you think I can do. From events planning, to tutoring, to doing your groceries, your laundry, caregiving or baby sitting, anything. I will do anything just to show you how much thankful I am for your help.
