APPEAL FOR FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FOR MY FATHER SUFFERING FROM SPINAL CORD INJURY (PARALYSIS OF LOWER EXTREMITIES) & SEPSIS

Greetings!

I’m Jeomarie Claire Domingo from Philippines; I would like to make an appeal for financial assistance for my father, George Domingo. He was initially admitted last Nov. 10-16 2017 at Central Luzon Doctor’s Hospital in Tarlac City Phils and transferred to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of Premiere Medical Center in Cabanatuan Nueva Ecija Phils last Nov. 22, 2017 to present. He was diagnosed with Spinal Cord Injury and Sepsis resulting to paralysis of lower extremities & Cardiac Arrest. He underwent C3-5 Decompressive Laminectomy and Tracheostomy. As of Dec. 11 2017, our hospital and medical bills has accumulated to a running balance of PHp 800,000 excluding professional fees and other procedures.

We have already sought help from relatives and friends but the amount raised can only cover a portion of his daily meds which averages at least PHp 15,000 up to 30,000 a day. Being the eldest among 3 siblings and now the sole bread winner of the family, I am doing my best to source out funds to cover up all expenses which is far beyond my financial capacity. I have no other recourse but to humbly plead for any financial assistance from our fellow UnionBankers.

I am knocking on your kind hearts to help us out in this challenging situation. Our family will greatly appreciate any form of assistance and prayers.
