Square Nights Creatives is a media production company based in Davao City. The company aims to promote Davao’s beauty, rich culture, and diversity by spreading awareness through film. It is the company’s advocacy to show the region without a stereotypical filter, and cover the untold narrative of our people; young and old. Ever since its establishment last 2018, Square Nights has produced numerous videos featuring local artists, hotspots, and has also worked with LGUs to create material to showcase the city’s valor to the general audience.

This year, we are leaping into a more ambitious goal of making a video retelling of the Philippines’ highest mountain’s story: APO SANDAWA, famously known as Mt. Apo. We aim to cover the mountain's full narrative right from the very start: from the communities at the foot of the mountain, up to each pebble covering the famous peak.

In this light, we would like to ask for your support towards our team as this will greatly help us finance this production. This will be used for our food expenses, professional fees for our crew, and for our porters -- as well as expenditures that may arise on the occasion.

Climb and Filming Itinerary:

April 21, 2021 - Departure to and Day 0 Sta. Cruz, Davao del Sur

April 22, 2021 - Ascend to Mt. Apo via Sta. Cruz trail

April 23, 2021 - Filming

April 24, 2021 - Descend and Departure Davao City-bound

Our shooting schedule is on April 21, 2021, including Day 0 on-site at Sta. Cruz, Davao del Sur and will continue until our descend from Mt. Apo on April 24, 2021.
