Financial Help for Aortic Valve Replacement Surgery

Good day!

My dad, Ferdinand Pareja, was initially diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease, a progressive nervous system disorder that leads to shaking (tremors), stiffness, and difficulty of walking, balance, and coordination last 2017. Since then we are financing his costly maintenance medications which costs around 9,000 PHP (190 USD) monthly.

Early this month, we had a follow up check up with his Neurologist and diagnosed with Severe Aortic Stenosis based on the 2D Echo with Doppler results. We had a follow up check up with a Cardiologist and confirmed that he has this serious valve disease problem.

The Cardiologist advised us to have him undergo an Aortic Valve Replacement open heart surgery which costs approximately 1.1 million pesos (roughly 23,000 USD). This took a heavy toll on our finances since we are also financing his Parkinson's Disease costly medications.
