Aoi Shouta Flower Stand Project: Fanclub Event 2019

Fundraising project for an international flower stand to be sent to Aoi Shouta's Fanclub Event, A☆happy lab. Party 2019: BOO BOO BAA! Which will take place on October 6.

Hello everyone! This is the first flower stand project that we will develop, though we have guidance from people who have already do it (you can check their projects here). We have already done a project the last year for the birthday of Shoutan, a small fanbook, you can see it here.

Being the first time organizing this type of project we will start with a basic stand with an illustration, which would be around the price of 500 dollars(stand price+ paypal and gogetfunding fees) the final price will be approximately one month before the event, so small changes in the price may arise. Everything will be communicated here and in the twitter of the project (@asfansproject)

Flower Stands

Sending flower stands is a special tradition in Japan used to congratulate someone and show their support. The appearance and volume are gorgeous, and it’s suitable for store opening celebrations and anniversary celebrations, different events, concerts. The flowers change depending on the season, but you can specify the colour taste and so on or specify the flowers you want to put or flowers that you don’t want to put. For the artist, the fans can send a flower stand specially decorated to the live or concert venue to congratulate the artist.

Stand design

The design of the stand is carried out by Kamy (@kamygg_0119) which will have the theme of the event, Halloween!

[CLOSE] Physical prizes

As our organizers will not being able to attend the event, the prizes will take several months to arrive because they will be purchased from the FC official store, but we will keep abreast of those who will donate to receive them.

The physical prizes also have a limit for the first donors, after that, you can donate any amount but you will not have any prize.

Amount of prizes for donations:

1 random bromide = first 6 donors

1 set of 3 bromides = first 3 donors

Poster + one random bromide = first 2 donors

Poster + one choiced bromide = 1st donor

Pamphlet = 1st donor

Will there be a deadline for the donations?

We will need to place the order for flower stand at least a month before the live concert, which is most probably the first week of September. But we can send the illustrations two to three weeks before the event. We will keep this campaign open until mid-September 21.

What happens if we don’t reach the goal?

If the goal isn’t reached we will then downgrade the design. If we still can't achieve that amount, we will save these funds and use them for his next event, probably for the next WonderLab. Do rest assure we will not be profiting from this campaign, as all the funds will go to the flower stand first and foremost, and the fees of shipping it from florist to the venue. With respect to those who donate for the physical prizes, they will be contacted by email to reach an agreement.

If we go over the goal, we might request additional flowers to beautify it or cover the costs for the rewards and international shipping. We don’t intend to keep any of the money collected (in addition the project staff will donate too).

Payment options

We accept donations through PayPal or credit card. Once you completed entering your information it will ask to login to your PayPal account or enter your credit card info. Don't worry though about your credit card info as it still will go through the secure channels of PayPal, it's just an option if you don't have a PayPal account. So rest assured transactions will be secure.

If you can`t participate...

It's completely fine! You don’t always have the money necessary for this type of projects, with your support and sharing in your social networks are already a great help. We will also continue doing different projects that may be available to everyone! So be aware of our twitter! We will do our best to show Shoutan all the love and support we have towards him.
