This development will include a Leasing Office Building, Records Building, Admin Building and a Transportation Building. The total footprint is 320,000 square feet. The amenities of the development are exercise rooms, movie area, computer rooms, Laundry, swimming pool, club house and park pavilion. The Columbus Metropolitan Housing Authority "CMHA" will assist in the rental income of this development.

The site for this development is 330.491 acres of farmland. 25 acres will be used in the first phase of development for The Villas at Worthington. The remaining acres will be used for future Commercial Development ( Retail, Business Complex, Medical Complex, Restaurants.) The Median Household income in the area is 75,000.00.
