Anisa’s Heart Surgery

My mother-in-law, Annie Supetran, is currently in the ICU in Capitol Medical Center due to cardiac arrest. She suffered a major heart attack at home and we rushed her to CMC. She had an angiogram with temporary pacemaker and were advised by the her doctor that she undergoes another procedure - Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting (CABG). We tried to coordinate hospital transfer to Philippine Heart Center, unfortunately due to the NCOV19 outbreak, PHC limits the admission only to emergency cases. We are left with no option to have the procedure in CMC which will cost around Php 1,000,000.

We, her family are able to share the initial cost of the hospitalization, but we are afraid we will not be able to raise the full amount of the procedure. She is relatively young and By God's will could hope to live on for another 15-20 years+++ if able to get her surgery as soon as possible. For us, who are closest to her, each day spent with her is valuable.

We want to reach out to everyone, but we also do not want to burden anyone by asking for a huge amount of money, instead, we are appealing to your gentle hearts for any amount. It is said that great things are accomplished by a series of small things brought together. If a great number of friends, family, and strangers can contribute a small amount to this cause, we can quickly raise the rest of the money needed for our mom's surgery.
