Gabby’s Animal Care Volunteer Trip

Hello! My name is Gabby, and I have created this campaign as a fundraiser for my volunteering trip to Barcelona. I have registered with International Volunteer HQ to volunteer for 2 weeks, helping with animal care in Barcelona, Spain, and would appreciate any help I can get in terms of making this trip affordable. I will be volunteering at a local animal shelter, helping with abandoned animals in order to prepare them for being adopted into loving families.

I am a full-time student at Florida State University, where I am currently completing my bachelors in Biological Sciences, which has been preparing me academically for veterinary school in the future. It has always been my goal and passion to help animals, and I have wanted to be a veterinarian since I was little. I decided to opt for an abroad volunteering experience because I am just as passionate in learning about different cultures as I am in helping animals.

I have set the goal for this campaign at $3000, based off of the program fees, travel insurance costs, and costs of flights, but any amount donated will be greatly appreciated.
