My dad, Raymond, is need of angioplasty and our family is in need of your financial help.
We brought him to the hospital 2 days ago (July 4, 2019) due to edema, enlarged scrotum and uncontrolled urination and overall body weakness. Initial assessment showed increased creatinine levels which was indicative of a kidney problem. Additional tests also revealed that the edema is not only caused by the kidney problem but also due to heart damage. The doctor explained that my dad already had a heart attack and we did not notice it because diabetic patients may not feel the pain associated with a cardiac arrest. The doctor recommended angioplasty and quoted the procedure may cost up to a million. The doctor also explained that my dad is at risk for heart failure the further we delay the procedure.
Both of my parents are unemployed. They also do not have bank savings, real estates or properties, nor a health or life insurance. I am the breadwinner and all my siblings already have families of their own and are only able to provide for their immediate needs. My annual income won't amount to a million, not even close. We are already checking options from charity but will need a running fund to finance his ongoing medical needs and accumulating hospital expenses while waiting for help.
In behalf of my family, I like to knock at your hearts and request for your financial help to save my father, our family. Raising a million within our means is deemed impossible, albeit the thought of having to loan and pay for the amount. Your assistance will not only one person, but also a family whose future is on the line due to anticipated liabilities.
