Angel’s Special Needs Vacation

Angela is a Special Needs Student at Gaither High School in Tampa, Florida. She is an outgoing young lady with a desire for adventure. Besides Angela being born with Downs Syndrome, she developed Type 1 Diabetes at the age of six months from a severe case of the chicken pox. After many years of ongoing medical and developemental needs, Angela is ready for her dream vacation. This Dream vacation is to go to Disney World!!!! From what she tells her mother and myself is that she wants to Eat, Sleep and play there all week.  She discribes each park to us and gets so excited telling us all about them.  She even tells us about Star Wars being there, which I am a long time fan of also. The only problem with this is that her mother and myself don't have the money to do this. We both work full time to pay the mortgage and bills, especially the never ending medical bills that are piling up. This is because our employeer's don't offer medical insurance. Yes we now will have insurance soon through Obama Care but with such a high premium for her and past bills we have nothing to spare. Angela's mother and I have tried to make our daughters life as fulfilling as possible because of her medical conditions and OUR DREAM is to fulfill HER DREAM with this vacation no matter what we have to do!!!!  Any amount helps and all counts to the total to making Angela's Dream Come True!!!!
