Andziso means Growth...

Have you seen how many people are out of jobs? In South Africa 40% of younger people have no work and no income .... and just as many older people are destitute despite wanting to earn a living. This places an impossible burden on the 'sandwich generation' (caring for younger family members, their own family and parents on an inadequate income). They are 'sandwiched' between those in need in their families. We can all help to change this!

What we can do is very exciting and viable!

My name is Catharina. I represent a group of concerned experts in their fields. We want to share our expertise with young people (especially women) to bring hope, pride and advancement to talented, unemployed young adults from struggling families and communities in South Africa (expanding to Africa as funds allow).

According to our business plan, we need to start-up and fund 9 small businesses to become each other's clients in one community hub .... training candidates and providing the required skills while they earn, produce and learn to operate in a safe, envirommentally friendly trading environment within their own community.

To do this, requires constant funding to ensure business viability untill a business can function on its own. Then the trainees can take ownership and continue with success!

Why do we urgently need donations?

We need to create preferably 9 small, modular business startup units with different functions. Learner-earners working in small groups and shifts -- each unit becoming the other's client as well, to ensure Growth. Having the Start-up costs and Operational costs funded will radically increase the viability and success of the ventures. We are currently campaigning just to get started (phase 1).
