ANDY LEE FERNANDO LIFE EXTENSION

I am Mary Grace Fostanes an OFW from Singapore and Ren Mark Cabangisan who is based in the Philippines, we are asking for your prayers and financial support for our dear friend ANDY LEE FERNANDO. Andy is a very smart guy, tech savvy as what we say in our work. He always calls us " BACKGROUND NOISE" at work since we are the noisiest of the team. ANDY is very responsible man. He is the breadwinner of his family. His sense of humor sometimes can or can't make you laugh.ANDY is our beloved brother.

We are creating this account to help ANDY to survive in his battles and he only wished on his birthday "to live longer and extend his life'.

As Ren has informed me, Andy has Kidney Failure and he has DIALYSIS twice a week for almost 3 years. Ren and our CDO friends helped ANDY to survive in his operation and some finances. We thank you for all of your help. According to his doctor, the Kidney Failure was one of the result of having hi blood pressure. When ANDY had that surgery, he is still connected to a BPO Company which is Concentrix, Cagayan de Oro City who is also supporting him with the help of his HMO Maxicare but recently it is max out.

Andy went for another operation for his lungs for some other complications and is again one of the result of his medications. Right now, ANDY is in the Intensive Care Unit since April 25, 2018. Their hospital bill has reached 83,000.00 thousand pesos and his new HMO Intellicare has also max out. With her worried mother, who is a housewife, she couldn't believe that this had happened to ANDY. Her mom need spiritual help, faith and courage to face all these challenges in life now. Her mom is very worried of ANDY's hospital bills and thats why we , friends of ANDY are trying our best to help his family.

Out of frustration, we really don't know where to take funds at all to make ANDY's wish come true to.

We hope and we pray that ANDY will get better in one of these days, as he has survived the rest of his operations.
