Fight for Justice after being shot multiple times

On November 23, 2013 Andre Fiorentino was shot multiple times in front of his home after being approached by police officers. Less than 24 hours after he was shot by two police officers, the District Attorney deemed police officer's actions were justified. Investigation less than 24 hours and based only on officers reports. Mr Fiorentino was unable to speak after life saving surgeries. Charges were brought against Mr Fiorentino based on inaccurate statements and inappropriate investigation.

June 2015, he was brought to trial and found guilty and sentenced in September 2015.

Why is he still fighting for justice?

No DNA or fingerprints found to support what he was accused of.

Jury pool was not fair from beginning. It was challenged but not approved.

One police officer has history of suspicious shootings but this history was not allowed to be heard by jurors.

Same police officer was publicly scrutinized by three District Judges about his "above the law" attitude and cases were dismissed because of this. But again this history was not allowed during trial.

More issues with entire handling of case.

An appeal was filed on behalf of Andre Fiorentino and has been approved to be reviewed in Pennsylvania Superior Court. This campaign is for attorney cost and fees during appeal process.
