Hello. My cousin is a single mom with 2 little girls in Paraguay who needs a little bit with building her home. She is currently living in rent and can't keep throwing what little money she is making away for rent. She has been able to buy a lot but it's quite difficult to get funding with a little income to start building a house. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much in advance.
