An Autism-Friendly Christmas!

Did you know that Christmas time can be incredibly difficult for kids with autism?

The lights, the smells, the crowds, and all of the things that we love about Christmas can be extremely overwhelming to someone who struggles with sensory input.

We at Favor Church's Wednesday Manda Connect are raising funds to organize a sensory-friendly Christmas party on December 15 for 30 kids (with and without autism and other special needs) and their families. The goal of this party is to spread awareness on autism and inclusion. We will have yummy food, exciting games and fun prizes! More importantly, we will also share tips on how to best interact with kids on the spectrum; because contrary to popular belief, they love interaction too!
