AN APPEAL for AL

Last Oct of 2018 approximately 6 months ago, my husband ALFONSO MARCAIDA PEREZ, AL to family, relatives & friends, POLO to others, too, was diagnosed of gastric cancer. Last April 3, 2018, he underwent surgery in NKTI & was on the way to recovery with a successful operation when he contracted pneumonia, and this started all. He was placed in ICU of this hospital last April 3, 2018 until he passed away just recently. When Al was still strong & healthy, his hobbies were walking & ballroom dancing. He was often seen in senior ballroom dancing events. He was also very much involved in leading petitions for senior benefits. We, his family, are appealing for your generous & kind hearted assistance to pay for his hospital bill now amounting to Pl M + & still going on.We would like to raise about 500,000 PHP.
