An amazing person who is suffering right now.

I'm somewhat a relative to him (we're not blood related)... He has given me pretty much everything to make me who I am. Cancer(heart), Glaucoma, Kidneys failing (he's on dialysis right now), can't fully walk due to times he fell down hitting his head on the ground, Diabetes, Diabetic Retinopathy and has trouble breathing sometimes. He sacrificed his entire life just to make us happy and fulfilled. I've been supporting him throughout his every single sickness and operation he had but it has gotten to the point that I can't even take care of myself anymore. I'm just hoping that someone will help him. I don't want to ask a big amount of money its just so he can get by every month for his medical expenses. I think he deserves a little bit of grace from all the worries he's having right now. If anyone can help us, no, just help him instead.. Thank you...
