Amount needed to get septoplasty operation as i am selected for airforce

I am an 18 year old Indian.I got selected for airforce by preparing hardly.When they called me for medical check up.They found that I have nasal deviation, they have given me a 90 day period to get the septorhinoplasty operation and come back.Or else i can never go back to airforce.Please help me, I worked for years for this and when i got selected, They said me about my deviation.I come from a poor background family.We can't afford this much amount at a time.My future depends on this..
