Ammy’s Affirmation Surgery Fund

Hey friends , fam , peers , and allies ..

For the longest time, I have been witnessing my dear friend Ammy (a pseudonym we are using to protect her identity) battling with body dysphoria and is currently transitioning to a Trans-woman . Ammy is currently going through HRT ( Hormone Replacement Therapy ) to be the woman she dream of but it would require some procedures to achieve her complete ideal self . This fund and these surgical procedures is a survival for her . Ammy has worked so hard ( Hardest part is that we’re living in the most expensive country , Singapore ) to save in the past till now but there’s always been something that is always coming up where she has to relinquish her money/savings (usually rental , expenses , food&drinks , HRT medications ) to the point where there's almost nothing left for her .

My name is Hayati and I am creating this fundraiser to help my friend Ammy because it saddens me to see a dearest friend to go through this journey alone . Im sure the public doesn’t know her but I am sure someone like her or even the LGBTQ+ people doesn’t deserve to live in the body/skin they don’t feel comfortable in . I myself know and can tell how important this surgery is for her as a Cisgender female . Let’s all come together and be there for her as much as we can !
