American Call Solutions has been in operation since 2015 and is a National Multi-Channel Customer Service & Support Contact Center. To date, the very FIRST & only of it's kind, taking the Answering Service Industry by storm and Introducing a NEW Solution. American Call Solutions provides 'outsourced' customer service & patient support services to businesses via telephone, chat, email and soon, social media (meaning we answer their customer or patient inquiries, take their orders, schedule their appointments etc.) in our contact center located in Lakewood, WA. However, we are so much more than a contact center. We also extend into a Customer Service & Support Training Center for disadvantaged, disabled adults and veterans that are looking to expand or learn a new trade. Upon completion of the the training, the graduate will then be eligible for hire with ACS or be employable in the Answering Service, contact center, and call center industries. We would love to make this program Nationwide, which is not out of reach for us, using today's technology.
Our goal: We want to be the leaders in Customer Service EXCELLENCE byway bridging the gap between business and consumer relations. Which, in turn helps to bring up the local and national economy. We also want to help our fellow Americans with a hand up and an opportunity. We believe it is time for a change, and we believe it starts with 1 and we are that 1.
