Campaign Story
To make sure the tumor cells don't grow back, the doctors will remove the tumor and some of the healthy tissue around it.
Part of the jaw may need to be removed, as well as some of the arteries and nerves that affect the face. doctors recommend surgery to re-create the jaw using bone from somewhere else in the body or artificial bone. We need rehabilitation for her to learn how to smile and chew again.
