Amazonian Reforesetation Project

   Hello, you wonderful people! I have been given the grand opportunity to travel to Ecuador and volunteer in the Amazon rainforest for 3 weeks in June.  I am really excited to do this because I've been wanting to work with the preservation of the rainforest for many years. At the Amazon Biological Reserve, I will be involved with the reforestation of plants and trees, seed collecting, and the development and maintenance of the reserve's botanical garden and plant conservation center.

   In order to make it all possible, I must raise $1797 to fund my trip.  The money raised will go towards the cost of food, room and board, training, protection with jungle gaurds, land tax on the conservation, and much more.  Global Volunteer Network is a registered Charitable Trust in New Zealand and has many volunteer progams all around the world. This non-profit organization exists simply to fulfill the mission of connecting volunteers with communities in need.  By helping me, you are supportting me in my efforts to save the rainforest.  Part of the volunteer program is the fundraising. So the donations are going to a really great cause in propelling the growth and prosperity in one of the world's most Biodiversity hotspots.  Any and all donations are greatly and sincerely appreciated; No donation is too small.  Thank you for spending your time and energy helping me, help the Earth.
