Amazon Web Service Charges

hey guys I really need some help with this the past month I though was testing out Amazon Web Service. I was only testing it for an hour and intended to turn it off. However it has been running for over a month for about 400 hours and own tje charges are at 1.2k usd. They have been charged to my mums account but she's in debt and cannot afford these charges. I have called AWS up but there is nothing they can do. I am a schooling kid and am trying to pay my mum back as much as I can but I really could use some help. I know to some this may seems selfish but I have really run out of options and hence humbly request for some assistance. Thank you and God bless.
