Always enough for Mozambique

Dear friends and family,

In the month of February, I was presented with the idea by a fellow believer to attend one of the best short term schools of missions in the world. This school is known as Harvest School of Missions and it is founded by Heidi and Rolland Baker of Iris Global. Iris Global has been established since 1980 and is recognized my many across the world for its work on the missions field. Heidi and Rolland Baker has raised up leaders in the nations, especially in Mozambique Africa and has planted thousands of churches. The gospel is not only preached but several signs and wonders follow where the blind see, the deaf hear and persons are raised from the dead.

Heidi and Rolland have established the Harvest School of Missions in Pemba, Mozambique. It has always been a desire of mine to be trained and equipped in missions as it is part of the call of God on my life. I see this school of missions as a deep deposit and investment into purpose and destiny. I prayed about attending this school and applied. The admissions team of the school prays deeply about whom to select to attend due to the hundreds of applicants received throughout each cycle. On the 17^th March 2016, I received notice that I was chosen to attend the school. I truly count it as a privilege and eternally grateful to have been selected out of hundreds of applicants.

The Vision for the School is to:

Raise up radical and called out ones who have a clear call to missions, starting the adventure of their lives with other like-minded and like-hearted students.

A school that trains up, equips and sends out radical laid down lovers of Jesus who carry the Kingdom of God to the ends of the earth.

A body of students who carry the DNA of Iris Global and can articulate and live these core values out in any situation they face.

A body of students who daily experience the transforming love and power of God.

A place where the power of the Holy Spirit and resources of God’s Kingdom are released to reach every need both spiritual and physical.

A body of students who have learnt how to release God’s love in practical ways infused with His power.

A body of students who are learning how to bring the good news to the poor, look after the widows, heal the sick, bring freedom to the captives, who stop for the one and believe for the multitudes.

I'm excited about the opportunity and experience that lie ahead. I hope you see the value in what will be accomplished. As you can imagine, a trip like this requires financial support from a number of people. I need to raise $3,200US before April 25^th for tuition, room and board, local transportation and a diet of basic African cuisine. The other cost relates to the flight which averages about $3000 USD as well. If you can support me in a financial way, I would be very grateful. And, most importantly, I also need your prayer support. Prayer is the fuel that will allow us to be successful as we follow God's leading in ministry in these countries. Without prayer, nothing will happen.
