Alma Waper breast cancer treatment

Hi everybody I'm writing this on behalf of my mum her name is Alma Waper.
My mum has a cyst on her right breast that has rapidly become worse over the last 3 weeks ,now she can’t eat has no strength and developing of fluid on her lungs ,she’s been in and out of the hospital as we can’t raise enough funds and the hospital in our country is really expensive we’ve been trying public hospitals but because of covid a lot cases they asked her to go home. There’s no bed for her etc. Seeing her every day in bed struggle breaks my heart, no one wants there loved one so far away in such pain and unable to find hospital treatment .My husband and I have been sending money for all of her and my sons needs, and extra in emergencies, Unfortunately the Hospital admission and ongoing treatment will cost up to 100000 peso ($2705.26 au) every three days. What we have sent is not enough just covering the cost for her medications and recently an MRI and blood tests, and also living costs for her and my son who is dependant on my mum.

I've tried to call all the government social services in the Philippines and even here in Australia. Philippines consulate cant even point me the right direction and they said they can’t able to help us with any medical assistance .
