All Lives Matter

Hi everyone and thank you for checking out our page!

I cannot give any details re this project for the security of the victims, other than a group of us rescued 191 chicks from slaughter and I have cared and paid for 140 of them. I have had the honour to watch them grow and develop and have been mesmerised and entertained for hours! Amazingly, they have all now been rehomed!! 😍🐣✨

Unfortunately, the last 45 babies fell ill. I did not want to create a page because it was my choice to do what I did. However, the cost soon added up, especially the vet bills. All 45 babies developed a respitory disease, one has a blocked crop, 1 had to be put to sleep and two had feaces removed from their feathers I paid for all of these vet bills on my own in addition to the constinous food and bedding. I simply could not afford it so most of it went on my credit card!

I have spent a total of £974:

-Food: 68

-Bedding: 79

-Transporting equipment: 44

-Feeding equipment: 60

-Vets: 41 to remove feaces from their bodies

-Vets: 45 for euthanasia to release Mable from suffering

-Transporting the victims via cab to reduce stress when they were sick: 277

-Vet: 30 to help with Dot's swollen crop

-Vets:175 to get emergency anti-biotics for all of the victims at 1 am as I thought they were going to die and it turns out that they all have a life-threatening infection.

-Extra antibiotics: 90

-Travel to their forever homes: £65

If you can donate anything to help pay off my credit card bill, which paid for these babies then that would be amazing! I didn't want to ask but I'm desperate now.
