All for Tito Ben

My eldest uncle, Ruben de Guzman, experienced a stroke at age 71. In the morning of July 26, 2017, we found him on his bed unconscious and excessively sweating. He was snoring but could not be awakened. Tito Ben was rushed to the hospital and was diagnosed with multiple blood clots in the brain due to the stroke. He also has type II diabetes. In his younger days, suffered polio and lived with it his entire life. He is single - no wife, no kids.

After almost a month in the hospital, doctors said he can be taken home but will still be bed ridden. Our hospital bill is now at 1.2M, this does not include yet the doctors' fees.

In behalf of our family, I would like to ask for your financial assistance so we could finally take Tito Ben home. Aside from the hospital bills, we are required to buy medical equipment and hire a caregiver who will personally assist him during his recovery.
